Hello everyone my name is Brandy Kroese and I am the new owner of Smooth!
I am very excited to take on this new venture and give Lincoln something new. As of right now Smooth is only open for private events but you are able to bring in your own liquor for these as long as everyone is 21 years of age or older, if not you can still rent out Smooth but with no liquor. I will rent the club out 7 days a week for any event you want to bring to me and it can hold almost 300 people. Contact me at smoothlincoln@gmail.com for any questions or more details.
I am currently attending Bar Tending School followed up by an owners training course and have taken all the necessary classes the city and state require so I will be more than qualified when I finally open up. I want to thank all of you for your patience and your support it’s been amazing and trust me when I say Smooth will be worth the wait!
***Just in 12-12-2011*** I was approved by the city council with a 7-0 vote to get my liquor license! I am so happy I don't even know what to say. I knew I was very prepared and had planned on receiving it but a 7-0 vote, wow! Thank you to the city of Lincoln I won't let you down and a special thanks to my lawyer Jerrod Jaeger for helping me--we did a great job today!
